These Terms govern use of mcn-labs.com and the Free Business System Audit. They do not replace any signed quotation, order form, service agreement, DPA or other client contract.
1. Website purpose
This website provides general information about MCN Labs, its systems, services, pricing references and the Free Business System Audit. Content may be updated from time to time.
2. No client engagement created
Using this website, the Free Audit, WhatsApp links, email links or viewing pricing does not by itself create a client relationship, project commitment or obligation for MCN Labs to provide services. A project is governed by the accepted quotation/order and applicable service agreement.
3. Free Audit and MCN Diagnose
The Free Business System Audit is a preliminary self-assessment based on information you enter and simplified scoring logic. It is not a guarantee, professional certification, legal advice, financial advice, security audit or substitute for the paid MCN Diagnose. The paid Diagnose involves a deeper review of workflow, requirements and recommendations.
4. Pricing and scope
Any price shown as “From”, indicative, sample or starting price depends on scope, users, integrations, usage, third-party costs and other project requirements. Final scope, fees, payment terms, maintenance and delivery commitments are those stated in the accepted quotation or order.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy protected content at scale, or use the website to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the MCN Labs name, brand assets, website content, system concepts, copy, design elements and materials are owned by or licensed to MCN Labs. No licence is granted except the limited right to view and use the website for legitimate informational purposes.

The website may link to or rely on third-party services such as WhatsApp, email providers, hosting or other platforms. MCN Labs does not control third-party services and their separate terms, privacy practices and availability may apply.
